The Tomoka Town Center encompasses an area of approximately 210 acres within the City of Daytona Beach, Florida. Located in the southeast quadrant of the interchange of LPGA Boulevard and I-95. This will be the future home of the Tanger Factory Outlet Centers and the new Sam’s Club.
